Riddle has held executive leadership roles at L3 Technologies, Goodrich Aerospace, and Sandel Avionics. He has also led his consultancy, AeroVantage. He is an active pilot with advanced FAA commercial ratings for both multi-engine and single-engine aircraft. With a strong technical and operational background, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
